Yet, sometimes we forget that as riders, we also bear the responsibility to work on our fitness and flexibility.
With our (aerial) yoga, specially designed for equestrians, we offer you the opportunity to care for a healthy body and mind in a fun way, surrounded by like-minded individuals.
Located in Maarkedal, our weekly group classes provide a serene and rural setting, nestled among horses with our feet grounded in the grass. It's the perfect opportunity to connect with the earth literally.

Our passion for movement, biomechanics and anatomy goes beyond just the horse world. To develop and maintain the muscles and flexibility to be a comfortable rider for your horse, you might need extra training besides the time you spend in the saddle.
Yoga helps you evolve as well physically as mentally. That’s what makes yoga such a good fit for anyone, especially when you are working with horses.

To be able to teach you yoga properly, we have educated ourselves in the far East of Asia, taught by people who live and breathe yoga. Maxine received her 50 YTT Aerial Yoga certificate in Bali.
Aerial yoga is not only dynamic and fun but acts like your own personal yoga teacher by bringing your body into correct alignment.
The hammock provides you with 50% support. This means it is an easier and safer way to practice yoga given there’s much less impact and wear/tear on the body.
Our favorite part of the aerial yoga class? The 10 minutes of cooling down when you are relaxing in the hammock, surrounded by horses and you feel like you are floating on a cloud.
