Our professional program includes:
Personal Fall Training Experience: Participate as a trainee to understand firsthand how the exercises should be performed.
Basic Knowledge of Rider Anatomy and Biomechanics: Gain essential insights into the physical aspects of riding.
Basic Knowledge of Rider Seat and Posture: Learn the fundamentals of proper riding posture.
Fall Prevention Training Script: Receive a comprehensive guide with exercises and key points for initiating fall prevention training.
Please note that this is an introductory course in fall prevention training. Completing this course does not certify you as a fully qualified fall prevention instructor.
